In the past 12 years I have been part of ECS, Ciox Health and now Datavant, in various operational roles. I have had the privilege starting out in the call center and working my way to Sr Intake Manager. I have had the opportunity to dive deep into the functionality of our system and processes. During this time I have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and understanding of not only our clients needs but the providers as well. I have been involved in various system changes, process improvements and troubleshooting efforts.
