Absolute works with simple renovations to complete transformations, creating new outdoor living spaces, or maintaining existing landscapes, Absolute Landscape also offers comprehensive landscape maintenance service, design, & installation
At Absolute I began working as a regular employee working hands-on in 4 different departments
Installation, Maintenance, Lighting, And Irrigation
Installation consisted of creating and building functionally aesthetic patios, outdoor kitchen’s, fire pits, and accent or retaining walls from the ground up using an array of products such as architectural pavers and natural stone
Other job duties in this department I learned and executed were Grading, Sod and Grass installation, creation of French drain systems, and dry creek beds
Maintenance – In this department I performed Pre-Season Bermuda Grass Scalping, Mowing, Weed Eating, Edging, Blowing/Debris Removal, Fertilizers & Pre-Emergent, Weed Control in Lawns and Bed Spaces, Hedging and Pruning, Leaf Management, And General Landscape Clean-Up. Although I spent less time working in this department, I learned and performed several tasks that helped me better understand the “When Where, and Whys” in other departments such as installation and irrigation
Irrigation- In this department I learned to install and repair landscape irrigation systems in diverse areas of homes and businesses to suffice irrigation needs. This includes anywhere from turf, to planting beds, to specialized water efficient drip zones
Lighting- Although all the previous mentioned departments leave a fulfilling sensation everyday after clocking out and looking back into a day’s work accomplishments, Lighting design and wiring has been my favorite of all 4 While working in this field I acquired knowledge in a wide range of outdoor lighting designs, including anything from up-lighting, to pathway lighting of hardscape and stairs, and moonlighting to provide a soft subtle glow to a turf area. I also became knowledgeable in all the detailed Wiring, fixture testing and fixture repairs
After gaining a Generous amount of experience and learning a wide range of tasks and procedures required to fulfill the completion of a Hardscape or maintenance project , I was given the opportunity to become the Project Field Manager, Working directly with the company president to ensure project completion in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. At that point i was responsible for the guidance of 2 Installation crews, and 4 maintenance crews summing up to a total of 22 hard working men.

Processed loan applications by interviewing customers and gathering personal data such as credentials ,employment history, Credit reports Etc..
Ensured customer confidentiality and private information was maintained.
Processed payments, verified cash, endorsements, issued receipts, ACH payments, etc.
Responsible for assigned collection of customer accounts
Learned to build external and internal relationships.

Operated a hydraulic metal bending machine.
