Participating in structured training program to support the CARTO® 3 Heart Mapping System in electrophysiology labs. Assisting with equipment setup, calibration, and clinical documentation under supervision. Conduct on-site training and post-implementation education on heart mapping software and catheter systems. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues during live procedures, minimizing downtime and ensuring patient safety. Learning electrophysiology workflows, catheter navigation, and signal interpretation in cardiac mapping procedures. Building foundational relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff.

• Engage with patients during device interrogation. Educate patients on home monitoring system and device care. Assist in EGM/ECG interpretation and device reprogramming. Consult with physicians on patient information acquired from devices. Assist with creating presentations for Field Representative to promote products and services. Provide in-services to hospital and clinical staff on accurate use of products. Proficient in Salesforce and other billing platforms. Replenish products and accessories as needed. Assist with pre-implant setup and tasks throughout the implanting process in procedure room.

• Assisted executive directors and project managers with administrative tasks for multiple clinics. In addition, I monitor and update all patient scheduling in coordination with physicians, respond to and resolve all patient requests, store patient documents / medical history with accuracy & confidentiality, and assist the clinical manager with running excel reports to monitor patient volume.
