• Responsible for estimating, negotiating, adjusting, and processing complex property and casualty claims
• As part of the Pilot's Corporate Emergency Response Unit adjusted complex and large property claims resulting from large fires, hurricane, tornado, and hailstorm disasters across the continental United States
• Responsible for maintaining accurate records on claims and reporting to the senior management on a regular basis
• Serving as an expert technical resource by providing training to other claims professionals and new adjusters, as and when required

• Using technology, our roof and exterior inspectors help assess the extent of damage to a property and help prevent further damage until permanent repairs can be completed.
• Build skills in interior inspections and industry-leading technology to deliver accurate damage assessments and restoration estimates.

Route, perform and complete report per inspection in your assigned territory.

Obtain photos of the home, outbuildings and any hazards/deficiencies and when needed, sketch the footprint of the home and any outbuildings. Input information into our proprietary system.

• Interview claimants and witnesses to gather pertinent information
• Handle property claims involving damage to buildings and structures, or liability claims involving personal injuries or third-person property damage from liability situations, such as motor vehicle accidents, natural disasters and alleged negligent behavior
• Evaluate all information to determine how the claim should be handled
• Evaluate damages to ascertain compensation amount.
