I would drive a shaker machine into the field and shake each tree until the remainder of leaves and old pistachios fell out, so they could be ready for next year's harvest.

I would drive a bin carrier through the field, and sometimes at the end, I would receive all the pistachios that the other machines would have in their machines, waiting until they were filled up to then go dump inside a trailer.

• Picked and arranged fruit following specified instructions.
• Harvested high volumes of ripe, quality fruits from fields and orchards.
• Checked fruit quality by carefully selecting ripe and undamaged produce during harvesting.
• Removed and threw out damaged fruits to improve harvest quality.
