- Organizing, tracking, and submitting documentation for Closeout for reference by the team and the architect
- Pre-punching, punching, and final punching all the necessary units to establish which tasks were completed by the subcontractors
- Creating, editing, and closing open submittals/RFI's to the architect and subcontractor representatives
- Cross-referencing the site plans (architectural, mechanical, and lighting) with the relevant contractors
- Approving bid/signage orders
- Conducting safety tours with prospective tenants along with distributing, collecting, and uploading safety waivers
