Enkosini Eco Experience, Namibia and South Africa, 10/2023 - 12/2023 

• Spent a gap semester engaged in wildlife conservation programs in Africa engaging in a wide variety of work including animal feeding (ranging from small animals to lions, leopards, and cheetahs), camera setups for tracking animals, snare sweeping in forests, and K9 anti-poaching walks. Assisted in habitat restoration projects to enhance local biodiversity, and wildlife monitoring initiatives using observation techniques. Maintained records of wildlife sightings, and conducted surveys of wildlife populations in various habitats.

Warriors Academy, South Africa, 08/2023 - 10/2023 

• Participated in a leadership development and outdoor adventure program which included volunteer work serving as counselor for kids while in Africa. Nominated as a team captain which meant overseeing and leading the kids through competitions and activities such as kayaking, nature walks, cooking, ropes courses and a skit performance.

Bold Earth, Costa Rica and California, 06/2021 - 08/2022 

• Participated in nature and outdoor adventure programs which included service projects such as beach clean ups in California and painting houses for locals in Costa Rica.
