• Cashier/GSA: I was in charge on providing excellent customer service when completing purchases or returns. While also keeping the front end of the store prices up to date shelves stocked and complete any and all resets or planograms at the front end.
• Market department: I was moved to the market department after 2 years of customer service and while I was there I was stocking shelves and at the same time removing expired food/rotating for freshness as well as placing the produce and deli order every morning at exactly 8am for next days delivery of fresh fruits and vegetables. I also did planograms and resets for the entire market department my time working there.
• General Merchandise: I helped unload the delivery trucks every morning, while also loading company vehicles for team members to start pushing product onto the floor. I made sure all product was pushed correctly with correct pricing as well as helping with any and all guest questions and online orders.
• Online Order fulfillment: As I was working doing cashiering and customer service we were also in charge of completing the online orders and completing them once the guest arrived to pick their order up.
• Trained new team members by relaying information on company procedures and safety requirements.
• Developed strong cooperative relationships with coworkers and managers.

• Pulled packages and put them in bins sorted by route for trucks in the morning
• Sorted on the assembly line to stock items into yellow bins based on size and weight
• Pulled orders for same day orders from yellow bins based on real time orders being placed.
