Through a lot of hard work and much determination to improve my skills, not only in the kitchen industry but also in the work place. My assigned Executive Chef had admired the thrive I had for the love of cooking. From starting as a dishwasher, I earned my spot amongst the chefs that had plenty of experience ahead of mine. I work hard and extended hours in order to perfect my craft. To coming in early to being the last one to leave in order to make sure all sanitation qualifications had been met. To working side by side with the Managing Chef to create the best possible gameplan, to execute breaks for other cooks, prep team and dishwashers. Create list for the next day production while it being cleared by management. Train multiple people in different areas of the kitchen while performing in high pressure.
