In the construction industry I have proven to effectively communicate with employees, particularly in a high-turnover environment. Constantly training and building trust with new co-workers. Through the military I lead several airman through daily tasks. Utilizing each airman's strengths to complete a common goal. Being a Eagle Scout also put me in charge of 15 other peers for a 6 month period. Scheduling, planning, budgeting, trips on top of leading the troop through the trip itself. With 5+ years of experience in both employments, dissecting complex challenge's into manageable components are skills used often. Finishing Junior year of college I have taken Econ, Accounting, HR issues, Training methods, and other relatable courses.
