- Provide direct supervision from 10-35 employees
- Motivate and supervise facility staff in delivering quality patient care.
- Foster excellence by example by "setting pace" and being hands on mentor to clinical staff.
- Maintain compliance with statutory, regulatory and local, state and federal guidelines relating to all aspects of long term care
- Generate and review incident reports, including employee write-ups, actualizing appropriate corrective action plans to mitigate ongoing and potential situations.
- Provide Orientation and Training to New Nurse Hires
- Proficient in PCC and VMWare computerized documentation systems
