
Customer service is very important & I consider myself any expert. Active listening skills & empathy are essential to this position. These skills were honed in my many years of experience in the food & beverage industry. Starting off as a bus person, I evolved & trained in all front of the house positions, including trainer/consultant for the Mazatzal Casino in Payson, AZ.
Main responsibilities included listening to audios of set appointments. Dialers cold called businesses & set appointments for our outside sales. Managing calenders, verifiing appointments & trained/coached dialers when needed.
