-Manage high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for entry-level Direct Support Professional (DSP) roles and Program Supervisor positions.

-Collaborate weekly with on-site operations teams to align recruitment strategies with departmental
goals and workforce planning.
-Organize and participate in grassroots recruitment efforts, including job fairs and local hiring events
(e.g., WorkOne).
-Proficient in Dayforce ,Excel,Phenom and other ATS.
Supports Managers, directors, Executives and Officers with Daily Talent Admin Duties, Including scheduling interviews, generate reports on recruiting metrics, routine correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
-Assist and manage posting jobs on career sites, job boards, and social media.
-manage calendar and send interview confirmations and reminders.
⁃ Organizes plans and attendance department for our meetings, retreats, trainings, and events as required.
⁃ Trains other’s in talent acquisition admin duties within the east central region.
⁃ Complete all new hire on boarding process such as sending offer letters, initiating background checks, I9 verification, documentation collection.
⁃ Run alll new hire orientations weekly.
⁃ Processes and maintains payroll and
invoices/account payables for all disciplines within the office or department investigates all discrepancies and resolves all payroll problems. Perform timekeepers responsibilities for assigned employees as required.
⁃ Administratively assess human resource resources with interviewing documentation hiring/on boarding, orientation, training, performance, evaluations, filling in maintaining employee records and personnel files.

⁃ Maintains all of the hires employee files as well as making sure their background backgrounds are up-to-date drivers license insurance OIG sex offender checks are up-to-date in the system.
⁃ The use of Outlook setting up folders using the calendar and invitations, completing email training .
-Send application acknowledgments, interview details, and feedback.
