Dishwasher (Event-Based Position)
Worked as an on-call dishwasher for events, supporting kitchen operations during high-volume service.
Responsibilities:
I started working as a server, and after one year, I was given the opportunity to manage a café. In this role, I was responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the café, including preparing a variety of coffee drinks and making different types of sandwiches and salads for residents.
After one year in that position, I was trained to work in another area, the Bistro. In the Bistro, I focused mainly on preparing breakfast for residents. My responsibilities included cooking and serving breakfast items such as poached eggs, omelets, pancakes, waffles, and oatmeal, as well as taking customer orders and ensuring a positive dining experience.
