• Serve as an designated Observer / Controller Trainer for Army National Guard aviation units conducting contingency and large-scale combat aviation operations.

• Train, evaluate, and certify aviation formations during mission command exercises, rotations, and mobilization readiness assessments.

• Stewarded a $162.9M aviation enterprise consisting of 8 UH-60M/VH-60M aircraft and associated mission systems, ensuring flawless accountability and operational availability.

Responsible for the morale, welfare, and training of 12 Soldiers and NCOs.
• Responsible to prepare the Flight Operations section for the Aviation Resource Management Survey, and to oversee contingency rehearsals.
