  • Oversaw our staff working on our local Galvanize training programs across the country (mini Summits and trainings in 10 states thus far), as well as our ambassador program, with 90 volunteer organizers in 44 states and territories
  • Built, maintained and managed a staff of full time employees and consultants across our program, digital and media verticals
  • Manage a $2-3 million annual budget across staffing, convening and our programs
  • Worked with the creative community and influencers on messaging on issues, outreach and actions they can take to encourage women around the country to work towards gender equity
