  • I am a keyholder/sales manager currently at our store. On a day-to-day basis, I update our associates on what our objectives are for the day and our goals throughout shift. I also mentor and tell them our expectations and what we can work on by using our training videos. I also have the responsibility to count the Lab Grown Diamonds every night and store them in the safe. Depending on who is closing, I will drop off bank deposits, as well as grab change orders if needed.

  • I was the Catering Coordinator. My job is to market and handle all client orders. I make all of the food, package, as well as deliver and set up. With the responsibility of this title, I handle all documents and paper trail of money that has to be sent out to our accountant. This also includes running and managing parts of the store, if I don’t have any orders for the day. I typically take on about three to four orders Monday through Friday. This does include the weekends as well. If I have an order that may come in on the weekend, I am available to make sure that it is done.

I would also size and measure their breasts to determine what size they were.   • For 2 years, I was a bra specialist, I made sure that customers had their accurate size and figure out what bra fit their body and addressed their “fit issues”. My role was the back bone of our entire company. It ensured that our customers can wear a bra that actually helps improve their day to day life.
