1. Engineering and Procurement : Tanks, Piping, Structural steel, electrical material, HDPE piping, fire system specific material and equipment, grit and paint.

2. Construction-Civil: Tank foundations, platform foundations, pipe support foundations, piling for foundations, bundwalls, roads and pump station dismantling.

3. Construction- Mechanical: one (1) 25,000 BBL Storage Tank, one (1) 5,000 BBL Slop Oil Tank and one (1) 10,000 BBL Skim Tank (all tanks in accordance with API 650), process piping, pipe supports, drain boxes, platforms, pipe racks, pump skids, pig launcher, one (1) 6,000 gallons UL-142 diesel tank, fire system pump (complete on a skid), fire system piping (HDPE) and appurtenances, fire pump canopy, HP pump relocation and pump station dismantling.

4. Construction- Electrical: Area lighting, grounding systems and pump electrical connections.

5. Commissioning

• Project Suriname: Staatsolie N.V.: Increase Flow Handling and water treatment capacity at TA-58, Phase 3. Mechanical Scope:

1. Install spools and necessary equipment of Heater V900

2. Install the necessary equipment of Wemco unit 03

3. Relocate two existing Gas buffer tanks and install a new Gas Buffer Tank

4. Design, fabricate, erect and commission one atmospheric Knockout drum

5. Piping fabrication and installation including new Piperack with concrete foundations.
