• Before starting a job task, I fill out a (JHA) Job Hazard Analysis.

It allows me to identify potential dangers and risks associated with that specific job task.

• Gather the tools and materials need for the job task. Inspect all hand tools , power tools and ladders, etc, to ensure proper use of them.

• Inspect all man lift, scissor lift ,trenchers, etc, with an inspection check out form.

• Custom cut brackets for conduit and cable tray supports.

• Bend,cut and thread conduit for the installation.

• Custom cut the cable tray for the installation.

• Pull power cable to its destination and test (Megger) the cable 480V and above to ensure the cables are ready to terminate.

• Pull low voltage cable to it destination from PLC/DCS to field junction boxes and to field devices.

• Terminate low voltage cable using the wiring drawing/ loop drawing and a point to point (Continuity check) for proper installation.

• Installing Duct banks using proper plot plan drawing to ensure the proper size and spacing of conduits.

• Used a trencher for installing grounding to ground off equipment and structures tied to the ground grid using cadweld or C-crimps.

• Mounting Junction boxes to brackets and penetrations to the junction boxes for conduit or cable entries.
