Spearheaded creation and implementation of the office of protocol and special events.
- Established tiered event system, KPI framework, and streamlined portfolio coordination processes.
- Developed and implemented an event toolkit initiative to enhance the college's visibility and rebranding efforts.
- Facilitated transition of scheduling platform from Event Management System to Mazevo.
- Supervises three staff members with varying portfolios and responsibilities, including room reservations, institutional calendars, admission events, institutional events and ceremonies, event consultation services, community and government events, presidential events, external facility rentals, conferences, and student employment.

- Plan and execute presidential events (town halls, Q&A sessions, social events) and board meeting logistics
- Event lead for borough and governmental event requests. Frequent partners include the offices of State Rep. Joe Webster, Congresswoman Madeleine Dean, and Collegeville Borough.
- Facilitates the presence of the senior leadership team and the college president at events and programs through calendar invites and briefing memos.
- Special initiatives and projects from the president’s office, as assigned.
- Supplement college's revenue pipeline through conference services and facility rentals. Largest client is Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth Program (8 weeks with 350 residential guests). program from start to finish (contract, invoicing, logistics, and on-call support).
- Manage registration, reports, and promotion of 13-18 athletic day camps in collaboration with athletics and dining services.
