We maintained garden areas and landscaping greenery to enhance property appearance and plant health. We also Installed block and stone décor according to plans and specifications and sometimes we operated and maintained basic landscaping equipment and vehicles.

Delivered exciting and informative lectures on various philosophy subjects, including ethics, critical thinking and contemporary moral issues. Also I really encouraged students expand horizons by sharing thoughts during class sessions while also being mindful of others' opinions. I would help in preparing contacts and writing to clients. I also assisted the agent when we went to receive a property by taking photos and measurements and when a client was interested in a going to see a property, I would make sure the agent had the all files organized and ready.

The Dale Carnegie training program is a course that focuses on the development of people, specifically in the areas of leadership skills and public speaking. As trainers our job was to facilitate our students creative abilities by taking them out of their comfort zone and consequently boosting their confidence to be better leaders. We also tough communication skills by showing them how to present their idea in an organized and effective way not only through speech but body language as well.

Checked on guests to verify satisfaction with meals and suggested additional items to increase restaurant sales. Addressed concerns or complaints quickly to improve service and escalated more advanced issues to management for resolution. Arranged place settings with fresh tablecloths, tableware and flowers to beautify table.
