Jordn Lozano

I was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana where I have been able to grow not only as a person, but in the job field as well. I attended Carroll High School while participating in Marching and Show Choir band. Following graduation, my love for music continued as I would enjoy playing the saxophone and clarinet in my free time. If I wasn't playing music, I was out longboarding and enjoying the outdoors. Not long after high school I got my first job as an ice cream maker at Sweet Monster. It was at this job where I first experienced the Customer Service industry and learned how much I loved having that kind of responsibility. Being able to interact and help customers was something I enjoyed, and it helped me hone my people skills. After my time at Sweet Monster, I was able to get a foot in the door at Sweetwater Sound. It was there where I had the chance to broaden my work ethic in a much busier environment. Sweetwater also introduced me to a more structured and professional workplace where I could learn how such a large business is run.
