- I was on track to be a manager at Ross and learned how to do the cash office, count out every till for the start of each shift, count in the till at the end of a shift, make sure all the tills were accurate and ready for the daily cash drops.
- On the road to management I also learned the security office, I was notified if a customer was acting suspicious and I walked around the store out of site to see if the suspect was stealing, if they were i would go through the security tape and make a report to cooperate, unless more than $500 worth of merchandise was stolen than I called 911 and showed them the tape, and what the suspect was driving, wearing, and any tattoos, hair color, ect...
- I also learned how to make the weekly schedule I learned each persons availability weather they were part time or full time and made the weekly schedule for the store manager.
- unfortunately covid called for major cut backs and I was moved down to part time, my mother in law moved in with us and we moved out of marna and into central Tucson.
