• Collaborated with the Director and consultants in the creation of internal research projects, and responsible for ongoing maintenance of those projects

• Assisted in the creation/implementation of a centralized construction schedule for the company, contacting vendors to obtain documentation showing compliance with EPA's Indoor airPLUS program, and creating permit application packets for homes in Stapleton, Aurora, and Lone Tree
