Provided respite care in a home setting for an elderly woman with dementia. Duties include; provide uplifting and patient companionship and engage in discussions that please my client. engage in mental exercises and activities to stimulate her brain, assist with walking and light exercising and stretching and assure she gets to the bathroom. Prepare meals, assure she eats and clean-up and maintains a clean, safe, and orderly environment. I also help her to bed at the end of the day.

• Offered support for client mental and emotional needs to enhance physical outcomes and overall happiness.
• Helped patients safely transition between sleeping surfaces and mobility assistance such as wheelchairs by providing consistent support.

Regularly care for neighborhood children ages 12 months to 10 years while parents were away. Duties include maintaining their safety and fulfilling their needs, including meals and clean up, driving them to and from activities, entertaining them without the use of screens during a full day.

• Organized and cleaned home after activities by picking up toys and straightening up play room.

I greeted customers with a smile and a good attitude upon entering the restaurant. I managed all the tables, and rotation of the servers. I quickly learned the technology we used at the restaurant. I was able to work in a very fast paced and high stress environment.

Worked in-tandem with my mother in our social impact business selling artisan made jewelry to the community in order to raise money for my planned 2 week academic trip to China in the summer 2020 (trip was cancelled due to Covid). Helped write up sales invoices including style numbers, calculated taxes and shipping fees.
