Provided routine care in dermatological setting and performed outpatient procedures. Performed 20 shave biopsies, 6 Curettage and Electrodesiccation procedures, and over 60 liquid nitrogen treatments. Evaluated and treated patients with a myriad of diseases, performed comprehensive full skin exams, and biopsied over 20 neoplasms of uncertain behaviors.

Home-Based Primary Care (Linda Hauzer, DNP, Kathryn Waters ARNP)

Conducted primary care history taking and physical exams on home-bound patients, patients in palliative on and hospice care based in their home. Administered 20 influenza, covid, pneumococcal vaccines. Conducted comprehensive physical exams, and provided medication management for patients with compliance problems.

Psychiatry MacKenzie Butler PA-C, Dr. Sunday Ilechukwu MD)

Took comprehensive history, conducted physical exams, and formed a differential diagnosis. Interviewed, examined, and formulated a treatment plan for several psychological disorders including but not limited to depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, schizoid, schizophreniform, schizotypal, bipolar disorders, substance abuse disorders, alcohol abuse disorders and withdrawal, cocaine withdrawal, ADD/ADHD, Somatic disorders, and suicidal/homicidal ideation.

Pulmonology (Sally Thompson PA-C, Dr. Semiramis Carbajal MD, Dr. Susheela Hadigal MD)

Conducted comprehensive interview and physical for several patients with lung masses and interstitial lung diseases. Created in-depth documentation for lung transplant patients, and potential endobronchial valve implant potential candidates. Interpreted CT scans, pulmonary function tests, and treated patients with a myriad of other diseases including but not limited to COPD, Asthma, and other obstructive lung diseases.

Sleep Medicine (Dr. Minh Nguyen MD, Dr. Kevin Kokesh MD, Dr. Semiramis Carbajal MD)

Evaluated and competed comprehensive history and physicals on patients with obstructive and central sleep apnea. Evaluated and provided optimization counseling to patients using cpap, and bipap machines. Followed-up with patients who have central sleep apnea using Remede implantable devices, and also obstructive sleep apnea patients using Inspire implantable devices.

Endocrinology (Naghma Ahmed PA-C, Dr. Majlinda Xhikola MD, Dr. Mohamad Sukkari MD)

Adjusted and managed the medications of patients on TRT/HRT, and insulin. Provided comprehensive history taking for follow-ups, and optimized pharmaceutical regimen, Interpreted and managed the continuous glucose monitor data of Dexcom, Medtronic, and Freestyle Libre devices, and optimized diabetic regimen.
