- As a work station trainer in chassis marriage my job consists of training new hires helping them learn the proper work instructions in my department installing front and rear subframes and operating a rotary lift while meeting cycle time. As well as morning lift inspections before the start of shift helping the line remain most efficient while also helping my leads keep track of downtime and helping with walkbacks when a defect occurs help find root cause,counter measure and clean point.
