I started at Millerbernd as a machine operator. In plasma cutting, I was in charge of making sure the material was cut with the right program and writing the information on every shaft during the shift. Working with a coworker in order to stack the shaft in the right order and not lose track of what was done during our shift, communicating with the next shift and letting them know where we left off and where they should start.

• Assisted in training new operators on safety protocols and equipment operation procedures.
• Observe machine operations to detect any problems or defects in the finished product.

In order to be more helpful as a team lead, I started learning about the other machines in my area, understanding how each machine works, leading the team during my shift, and learning the process of each machine while doing overtime. I directed daily production operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
