• Client communication was key to a successful job, I always kept client informed of any changes, and always asked if they had any questions or concerns, I would try and give a start and finish date so we would both have a good understanding of our timeline this way the client is satisfied with knowing we are keeping them up to date and informed.

• Managed a team of 10+ employees by providing guidance, setting goals and objectives, delegating tasks, and monitoring performance.

Tasks as a Laborer were to be able to read blue prints and execute work according to plans such as setting Grading Hubs, Shooting Grades with Laser , set items on GPS and many more. My day would consist of working as a team with my guys to finish the job in a safe and professional manner making sure everyone went home to their families.

Tasks as a Operator were very similar in having the ability to read blue prints but also be able to equip and manage heavy machinery such as a

Excavator, Loader, Skidsteer, Roller Compactor, and more

This equipment would help tremendously in trying to complete work Fast and efficient

• Performed routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Manner

• Working at Target as a Stocker helped with the beginning of Developing Communication skills with not only my team but with customers as well as to assure they were satisfied with there're visit and was able to answer any question or concerns but as well as with making sure I was able to communicate with my team. My responsibilities consisted of stocking items that would come in, return items to the designated area, clean / organize shelf's but also maintaining a smile and positive attitude to help customer
