Jorja Martin

I am a highly experienced and CPR-certified Lead Group Leader, with a strong background in child development and group management. As a Lead Group Leader at the Boys and Girls Club, I have successfully planned, implemented, and overseen engaging, age-appropriate activities for children in Kindergarten, First, Third, and Fourth Grade. I'm know for creating a positive, safe, and inclusive environment where children are encouraged to learn, grow, and build meaningful relationships. I ensure that all students are properly cared for, respected and know they have a voice in the classroom, as well as the real world. I have experience supervising staff, communicating with families, and maintaining structure while creating a creative and fun environment. I am extremely passionate about youth empowerment and committed to supporting the mission of helping every child reach their full potential.
