I currently lead a crew. Every morning i give them a task of the day and also i operate a bull dozer. My job is to grade out areas that need attention.

my job title was to lead a 5 man crew with having the plans i could give everyone instruction on what the day plan was. i mostly took care of the roads on txdot with also knowing what the giotec specifically asks for. knowing the dirt i can send the guys of to the felid

i operated different machine such as backhoe,skid steer,loader,excavator,and all small machines. knowing how to visual the job will make the operating much more easier.

I started in the shovel cleaning curbs and also was the helper for the blade crew were i learn in the roller and water truck.
