- Dimensional control leader for doors & sunroof of MP model. Previously JC49 & FF models, achieving a 20% improvement the capability process indicator (CP).
- Collaboration with the BIW team to eliminate bad assembly conditions in all production lines of BIW shop related with the geometry of the MP/KM/EJ models.
- Collaboration in the launch of the KM/EJ projects, sharing lessons learned to improve new processes, achieving to improve two processes in the door assembly line.
- Analysis of measurements and implement actions, adjusting geo stations, settings and other tools focused on improving quality indicators (CP, CPK, EBOs, ISD)
- Support for dimensional issues of BIW, GA, Stamping, Battery tray and SCA audits, to find root cause of problems related to geometry of body.
- Support in certification, R&R studies and validation activities of geometric stations, settings and other devices.
- Supervision and management of Metrology Center resources and personnel, validation of assemblies or parts in QAF, Meisterbock, R1 devices and checking fixtures.
- Management and follow-up of the Metrology budget. / Creation of requisitions.
- Knowledge of Stellantis system and continuous improvement (Kaizen) with Lean Manufacturing tools (Poka-yoke, 5S's, TPM, 6 sixma among others).
