  • Leading shift adoption rate in COSAR maintained WOW standard above 90% completion. Implemented new strategy that staffed 4 wings as COS-AR leads which limited wing inferred time and insured all allocation recommendations were completed semi-hourly (every 30 min)
  • Frugality: 154-99/154=35% increase on palletize rate MOM by standardizing apollo audits and holding PA’s and AM’s accountable for coaching’s. Pulled bottom 3 and middle 3 each shift to coach on rates and owned staffing for shift to keep HC at minimum.
  • Raised CBB compliance MOM by 30%. Standardizing 90% CBB across all shift by addressing primary barriers including : no backfills for cart trailers, newer AA’s on go cart indirect function and no lead owning the flow of go carts into the zones. By partnering with OM and ship clerk, I was able to mitigate CBB risk by providing trailer backfills, coaching new AA’s on go carts and monitoring their downtime, and owning go carts for shift by posting hourly updates on CBB and holding DEA team accountable for cart to container switches.
  • Worked with a project at stow during launch to save hours on WASP, we used 2 wasps for each floor and reduced it to one, it helped us save 20 hours per floor.
  • Helped cover gaps in knowledge and leadership by switching to the Ship dock, by coming in 5 days a week Mon- Fri during the launch, our main goal was how to reduce safety incidents, Reduce recirc, Improve rate.
  • Transfer to FHD and helped increase TBH and monitoring recirc MOM to average TBH at a 308, and recirc under 5%.
  • Helped 3 PGS get promoted to Tier 3 level for SD, for FHN, Trained two new inexperienced PA for BHN, two new PA’s for FHD, Trained 2 Lead/Flow PA for BHD.
  • Three new L5 managers were inexperienced to the AR Ship Dock, I was giving this task to ensure they had all the information they needed to succeed.
  • LQ360 was an issue for SD, I given the task to audit the lower mezz and coach AA’s to make sure boxes weren’t sticking out of there containers, partnered with RME when ever we had Photo eye issue when packages were over filling the container, causing a safety hazard when AA when pull the container out.
