Communicate with healthcare providers and give eta's of transporters. Prioritize jobs depending on urgency (STAT, High, Low). Write daily shift reports. Transport patient's throughout the hospital.

Provide referrals to community programs for clients with developmental disabilities. Knowledge of Exym Software. Travel to family homes, schools, and community settings. Create billable notes to the Department of Mental Health. Schedule and help conduct new intakes. Interpret in Spanish for therapists, psychiatrists, and clients as needed.

Liaison between parents, community resources and District departments to assist student success at school, home, and community. Knowledge of Aries Software. Attend and Interpret IEP meetings. Support special education students and teachers.

Implement ABA techniques. Conduct client education through adaptive skills learning via in-home sessions.

Coordinate meetings with regional centers, clients, and families. Monitor and evaluate treatment plans and progress. Develop activities, community volunteering, and job placement for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Administer prescribed medications. Daily data entry and clinical notes. DSP 1 & 2 certified.

Provide patient care.
