  • We pull wire and terminate PDUs, VFDs, UPM, and LVS, we also install top hats for gears
  • My responsibilities as a foreman are to maintain workers busy following blueprints and find solutions in case we have to red line blueprints
  • One of my other responsibilities is that term cards are completed and done according to code and color codes are accurate and done correctly, i have to inspect lugs crimp before turning the task over to QC
