• Alta Vista was awarded a 5 star rating by CMS for patient care, outcomes and compliance with conditions of participation.
• Earned the title of Chief Operations Officer awarded to directors of nursing services that met both patient care, employee retention and financial success.

I served in the Army for 3 years. The military instilled in me discipline and the drive to see my goals through. I did a tour of duty in Iraq from December of 1990 to April of 1991. I received an honorable discharge from the military in December of 1992.
