  • Ensure Compressor Station was running properly, complete daily checklist and email to supervisor. Make any adjustment or repairs when required. Equipment on facilities: 2 Phase, 3 Phase, UltraFab, Fuel Skid, Dehy, Compressors, Flare, gun barrel, water and oil tanks.
  • Gauge Tanks, record oil and water levels daily. Turn on reda pump to send oil to export site, call in vac trucks for water loads.
  • Ensure Compressors were on and loaded properly due to Field Pressure throughout day. Using tools like SCADA, to oversee field.
  • Complete any online trainings and Facility SAP's examples: wind sock inspections, SPCC, Fire extinguisher inspection, etc.
  • Respond, Mark lines and close out any ONECALLS,
  • Oversaw Pipeline/Facility projects, completing any Hot work and general work permits, and or any other documentation such as confined space, jsa, etc. as needed, ensuring 3rd party companies where in compliance with SOP's, safety and company regulations. Also making sure job was completed properly to company standards.
  • Help create SOP's for Launching and Receiving Pigs.
  • Launched and Received pigs using batch treating, keeping on schedule and taking samples as needed.
  • Completed OQ's
  • Completed all work and SAP's/Gforms for pipeline Operations, examples aerial patrols, valve maintenance, pipeline patrols, emergency valve maintenance etc. to stay in DOT compliance/mega rule.
