Unmanned Battle Watch Captain (BWC), provides accurate and timely real time information on demand while providing corporate knowledge and continuity to the watch. Led 8 sailors through Milwaukee's maiden deployment to USSOUTHCOM, to include 2 Panama Canal transits, multiple engagements with Partnered Nations. Managed the Defense Information System for Security for personnel security, suitability, and credentialing management for DoD military, civilian, and contractors. Verified and submitted security investigations and reinvestigation's which ensured 100% accountability of personnel security requirements. Expert as an Air Controller with simultaneous flights of MH60S helicopter and MQ-8C drone flight operations.

Organized and administered 32 training sessions to 18 personnel focusing on job skills development. Conducted 768 man-hours of training, and assessed 16 personnel through 24 vigorous tactical scenarios, resulting in the certification of 4 teams in Combat Systems mission areas with a 91% average. Managed the organization's indoctrination program, instructed courses focused on 5 topics for over 200 personnel, and provided key fundamental knowledge to perform job duties. Coordinated the air and surface picture utilizing Link and GCCS-M; Completed 100 hours of maintaining a tactical picture of over 250 surface and air contracts.

Served as the Primary Authority in the Combat Information Center. Responsible for overseeing real-time tracking, identification, and threat assessment of surface, air, and subsurface contacts.

Managed the world's largest and most complex tactical data link network spanning 4.3 million square miles. He integrated .250 Joint Data Links for the common tactical picture in support of over 87,500 combat sorties and more than 4,000 Troops in Contact.

Maintained all records related to potential recruits to include medical records, test scores, and other required documentation for initial Military service. Entered applicant information from documents into computer systems or databases to ensure easy retrieval and processing.

Primarily responsible for overseeing Operation Specialists on watch. Ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are carried out effectively and efficiently. Managed and processed tactical data information from various radars, sonars, and other sensors ensuring that data is accurately processed, evaluated, and disseminated to support decision-making.

Assisted with navigational tasks by providing input on the ship's position and course, using information from sensors and navigation systems. Prepared and delivered accurate reports on the tactical situation, contact tracks, and other relevant information.
