• During my time at Lotspeich Company in Miami, I was brought in to help run specialized work for the company.

• My job duties consisted of working with a special crew that exclusively worked on the more skilled and labor intensive tasks of framing out specialized walls, metal/wood ceilings, windows/door frames, wall panels and other special installations that we were tasked out to complete.

• I helped in running the job sites when my immediate supervisors were unable to with lending a helping hand in making sure my fellow employees were clocked in and accounted for, tasking out the job sites responsibilities for the day and to make sure we completed and hit our mark each day.

• I was brought in to help with the quality control/quality assurance of each project assigned to our crew to make sure we installed our work to the best of our abilities and to ensure we were giving our customers the best installation possible.

• Supervised installation process of my crew, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Helped coordinate project schedules to optimize resource allocation and minimize downtime.
• Conducted site assessments to identify project requirements and develop effective execution strategies.
• Reviewed blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate implementation of design requirements and needs.
• Implemented quality control measures to maintain high standards in all construction tasks assigned to me.
• Trained and mentored new employees to teach them new systems, apply best practices and comply with protocols and regulations set forth by Hanlon.

• While at Rubicon, I was given multiple projects that consisted of interior remodels of skyrises, offices, call centers and many other types of buildings.
• My duties were to schedule my projects accordingly, to close them out in a timely manner and to meet our customers wants and needs.

• Ceiling Mechanic – July 2, 2007 to December 27, 2012
• Hanlon was the start of my construction career that gave me the opportunity to learn how to read and understand a blueprint as well as see first-hand how the flow of a jobsite is important in keeping the project completed on time.
• During my 11+ years with Hanlon, I was an apprentice that worked my way up to a senior foreman with the responsibilities of managing a crew of men, laying out rooms, managing material deliveries, installation and providing quality assurance on our product upon closing of the project.
