• Kept watchful eye on equipment inventories, optimizing work readiness and aligning supplies with specifications for each job.

• Started as a Make Ready Tech and moved up to Lead tech of Property, was in charge of up to 300 to 750 units in the time I was there. We did the following.

• Plumbing- Replace faucets, install new hardware in bathrooms, replace damage shower components, from handles, knobs to entire manifolds, replace tub drains. Replace everything from the toilet down to wax ring or damage toilet flange. Kitchen replaced sinks, disposal and repair ptrap or damage pipes. Replace old water cut off. Repair busted lines in walls, Replace Water Heaters or components, have work with copper, cpvc,pvc, and pex.

• Electrical- update entire unit, receptacles, switches, light fixtures, install ceiling fans, replace breaker circuits, ran new electrical for updates and trouble shoot short circuit issues.

• TBT- Replace damage sheetrock, tape and bed, texture.

• Painting- did interior paint and exterior paint of units or repairs as needed it.

• Carpentry- removed and build walls, add on, baseboard, molding, trim work, replace and install doors, cabinet repair from water damage, remodeling.

• Exterior- replace siding, some roof repair knowledge, window repair or replace, concrete repair, replace exterior light or repair if parts available, power wash walkways and sidewalks.

• pool- some knowledge of pool ph levels and needs to maintain filtration system.

• HVAC - licensed with epa and have some experience on theory and light trouble shooting. But company had its own HVAC crew.

• I would try to do as much as possible in house to prevent from needing a contractor/ licensed Professional to have to come in, only on major problems in plumbing or Electrical we would contact companies for repairs need it like main power grid or water main line issues as well as major estructural issues. Where a insured and licensed personal was need it and it was the right call. Ran work orders and schedule all work need it on site, order materials and was in charge of up to 10 people at one point.

Maintain Properties all around DFW, any where from clean up properties, to emergency call from tenents. with your day to day maintenance needs

Started as a commercial porter,and moved my way up to maintenace service tech, duties incude repairs on properties all around DFW.

Water proffing new construction in Dallas and sometimes out of state, also did demo and concrete repairs inside the DFW Airport.

Did erosion work around DFW, started as a hand labor and move up to running my own crew.
