Jose Jose Guizan Gonzalez

BS in Chemistry student at the University of Miami. First generation immigrant student on a

non-traditional path. Engaged in biomedical and neuroscience research. Background includes

experimental design, quantitative data analysis, wetlab skills, and work with animal models. Previously

completed two years of medical training in Cuba and served as a neurosurgery student assistant for one

year, gaining clinical exposure in surgical and perioperative care settings.
