My current hobby is brewing pour over coffee at home. I got into third wave coffee in December of 2023. I've learned about different coffee varietals, processing methods, and origin. Pour over coffee is not just about making a cup to me it’s an art form that allows for creativity and precision. Performing and enjoying this hobby has deepened my appreciation for coffee farmers, roasters, and coffee in general.
