This role is responsible for the assembly and quality validation of Plug Power's Gendrive fuel cell technology.

Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment

Perform the more complex specialized mechanical/ electrical maintenance, integration and fabrication work associated with fuel cell and electrolyzer testing equipment

Perform NIST traceable calibrations on test and production equipment

Perform preventative and on-demand maintenance on test

Efficiently operate hand held scanners to collect product pricing and related information

Safely and securely transmit collected data to main office

Organize and maintain files on work activities

Responsible for providing excellent customer service, while answering incoming member and provider telephone inquiries in a manner that is always respectful and courteous.

Knowledge of in/out of network co pays, non-plan allowance/retail value as well as the various network relationships.

Act as a liaison coordinating efforts between member, provider, client representatives and the manufacturing facilities

Computed taxes owed or refunds due, following tax codes and employer procedures

Prepared or assisted with simple and complex returns for individuals and small businesses

Utilized tax codes to maximize returns and minimize tax liabilities for clients

Communicated with clients to gather comprehensive and accurate tax related information

Collected and logged in field samples into the laboratory information system (genesis)

Generated and documented a chain of custody

Handled waste disposal and reclaimed contaminates in compliance with federal regulations

Answered phone inquiries providing accurate information regarding accounts and services

Logged calls into the bank's database and made referrals to sale's department
