Established and/or maintained underwriting relationships with some of the most prominent advisors in the country, insurance companies and reinsurance partners. In addition to contractual work, he has sat (and continues to sit) on numerous advisory groups, boards, and has served as an ALU presenter for M Financial Group.

Performed (and continue) as chief underwriter for prominent advisor firms, BGAs and IMOs such as Winged Keel, M Financial, BryanMark Group, Tellus.

Responsible for all underwriting & new business operations for life, long term care, disability, and annuity departments. In addition, was a shareholder and sat on the executive team to collaborate on overall company vision, strategy and opportunities.

Led over 170 employees covering multiple departments towards achieving an annual goal of over $80 million of life insurance production.
