1) I was one of the original 5 or 6 guys that really started the FE dept we showed Ahern that this was a good investment for the company and I'm proud of that 2) I've also been the lead on most of the dry chemical installs especially the large ones mostly I would say because of my attention to detail managing and doing the work. 3) I would say the biggest accomplishment is how I learned my trade, I was trained for one day and my trainer quit the next day so I had to teach myself how to do the job, it was a real struggle and lots of sleepless nights thinking of how I was going to get the job done but I stayed with it and became very good at it in short that experience gave me a lot of confidence in myself and I believe there isn't anything I can't do and do it well because I know I'll figure it out
