Wayside Cross Ministries provides transformational care for the imprisoned, abused, homeless, and addicted. Individuals are further strengthened through comprehensive discipleship with Wayside staff through the gospel of Jesus Christ.

• I did not start here as a program resident but as a volunteer in September 2022 and became an employee in January 2023.
• Build strong relationships with residents and customers through a conversation about the gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Wayside Cross Ministries houses dozens of men trying to piece their lives together. Many of them work in the resale shop for the resident program, while others stop in to buy goods for daily use. My responsibility is to make sure they hear the gospel and lend a helping ear to what they might be going through.
• Price items for resale and run the register. Open and close the store while making sure the money is accountable every day before opening and after closing,

• Assist the managing broker in various real estate interactions, including but not limited to Asset Inspections, Broker Price Opinions, and Marketing Photos.

• Improved customer satisfaction by maintaining punctuality and adhering to strict delivery schedules.
• Achieved safe driving records by consistently following traffic rules and regulations.
• Enhanced vehicle longevity with regular maintenance checks and repairs as needed.
• Provided exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

• Determine risk utilizing demographical data, manual rates, industry, and other carrier experience for specific and aggregate Stop-Loss accounts.
• Perform administrative duties regarding new and renewal business, risk assessments, managing quote boxes, and making recommendations to Underwriting staff.
• Develop strategic relationships with Sales Associates, Brokers, Third-Party Administrators and other external and internal partners.
• I reviewed large claims before nurse review, formatted censuses, input specific and aggregate information for insured groups from 50-20,000 employees.
