• In Control of every aspect of running a 155 home community Negotiating Contracts from as low as $10,000 to as high as $600,000 projects. which have included Landscaping, Security, Playgrounds, Tennis and Basketball courts, Irrigation systems, Lake and River maintenance around and in my community, as well as New Roadway replacement.
• I am knowledgeable and a motivated Board of Directors Professional with extensive experience in the field. Possess a deep understanding of how a community should run, How to implement its policies and procedures as well as excellent communication.
• Assisted with development of budgets and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor and analyze HOA financial statements to ensure proper use of funds, Reviewed financial reports, and expense reports etc for my community
• Presided over board meetings and conducted board business to address Community improvements, issues and finances.

• Retired from the NYC Police Dept in 2015

• I was a World Trade Center Responder at Ground Zero on 9/11
