•Directed tactical training and operational preparation for the Critical Threats Advisory Company (CTAC) supporting SOF advisory and expeditionary missions worldwide.

•Led the explosive and mechanical breaching program, training assault elements to defeat fortified and structurally complex target access points.

• Developed breaching TTPs, live-fire training progressions, and mission rehearsal integration.

• Served as the senior breaching and access Subject Matter Expert (SME), integrating target analysis, intelligence inputs, and structural considerations into mission planning

• Served the Liaison Officer embedded with the British Special Forces. Responsible for the facilitation of interoperability between the 75th Ranger Regiment and United Kingdom Special Forces enterprise.
• Responsible for the development and resourcing of individual and collective training for all SFSG sub-units
• Facilitated training of four SFSG companies training across the U.S and one Ranger Company training abroad in the UK.
• Facilitated formal visits for 75th Ranger Regiment visit to UK SF HQ, U.S Embassy and London Station

• Co-authored all 75th Ranger Regiment’s MWD and related doctrinal documents. Contributed to four DoD Training Circulars.

• Served in a Special Operations Battalion prepared for rapid global deployment and immediate reaction to assigned missions.
• Led and coordinated numerous direct action missions, ensuring precision, discipline, and mission success under adverse conditions.
• Ensured personnel accountability, prioritized mission-critical tasks, and maintained continuous operational readiness.
• Led by example as a tactical leader and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Small Unit Tactics, mentoring and developing subordinate leaders.
• Supervised the health, training, and employment of a 45-person Ranger Rifle Platoon, ensuring peak combat effectiveness.
• Counseled and guided platoon members, maintaining the highest state of discipline and readiness.
• Executed 200+ Joint Special Operations raids in support of Special Operations Task Forces across politically sensitive environments.
• Trained and employed a 200-person Indigenous Partner Force, enhancing host-nation special operations capability and interoperability.
