  • Developed CI/CD offerings for managed distributed cloud neutral platforms (PaaS) for components to consume within a shared environment. Deployments utilizing open-source platforms, Jenkins pipelines, Docker images, Helm/Chart installation in a Kubernetes environment (with HPA) with Datadog integration for monitoring/alerting capabilities.
  • Scrum Master working with Aha projects and Jira Kanban boards to determine capacity for development, sustaining and tech debt. Worked against 5 sprint PIs (3 development and 2 HIP sprints – all 3 weeks)
  • Developed Production automation selector tool (C#) to run against new customer deployments and upgrades. UI and API based automated tests to run in parallel to shorten test time and relieve manual testing effort. Utilized Zalenium running on Kubernetes for browser clients to run automation in parallel.

  • Developed automation framework (client, server, libraries – C#) for all automation testing efforts against our cloud-based products (AWS deployments) as well as other flagship products (Premise deployments). Efforts were used for daily runs for current build cycles and CI/CD pipelines deployments. Automation was used as validation points at each gate. Deployments were done against test and production environments.
  • Managed a Tool Development group - Developing emulators and simulators for load, stress, benchmarking, component isolation efforts.
  • DevOps and SWAT (software analysis and testing) member - handling all automation efforts against cloud-based products (AWS deployments).
  • Integration Testing and Automation for Aspect’s flagship cloud product (ViA). Initiated war rooms, running cross functional meetings, presenting defects, and required changes, validated every build before distribution to other development test beds.
  • Created and maintained documentation, functional specifications, requirements, test plans, test strategies, standards, scheduling, processes, and procedures.
  • Developed an Automation Test Harness to warehouse the company’s automation efforts in a centralized repository. The harness handles storage, execution, and reporting of the execution results.
  • Developed a migration tool that will allow the insertion of raw data from data files into specific schemas (web service references) established for the administration configuration for Aspect’s flagship product (Unified IP).
  • Created and maintained automated tests and test automation applications (tools) for Aspect’s flagship products (Call Center based applications which entails multiple server and client modules for each deployment)
  • Integration testing on all flagship products – Pre QA-screening before QA handoff. Developed/implemented/executed procedures on testing methods to be able to test the whole product in a short amount of time. Creating a list of important touch points.
