Trained employee hires in cleaning of carpet and upholstery. Trained them is water restoration, mold remediation, fire restoration and trauma clean up. Also handled 90% of the companies biggest accounts while balancing sales duties. Basically my job title was a hybrid manager but still the lead technician as well.
